Terms of service

1. General Provisions These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator VeloraBamboo and the customer when purchasing goods through the online store velorabamboo.com. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Order and Contract Formation An order submitted through the e-shop is a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded at the moment the operator confirms the order. The operator reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of stock unavailability or a technical error.
3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in euros (EUR) including VAT. The operator reserves the right to change prices. Payment is possible through the payment methods available in the e-shop.
4. Order Processing and Delivery All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
After shipment, please expect delivery within 7–12 business days depending on the customer's location. International orders may take longer.
After dispatch, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The operator is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond its control.
5. Shipping Damage If goods were damaged during shipping, the customer must contact the operator as soon as possible at velorabamboo123@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. The operator will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
6. Withdrawal from Contract and Returns In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal must be sent in writing to velorabamboo123@gmail.com.
Return conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- No restocking fee is charged
- Final sale items cannot be returned
7. Complaints and Warranty A statutory warranty period of 24 months applies to all goods. Complaints can be submitted by email to velorabamboo123@gmail.com. The operator will handle complaints within the statutory period of 30 days.
8. Personal Data Protection The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
9. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, the customer has the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Final Provisions These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
