Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times After your order has been shipped, please expect delivery within 7–12 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Damage If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at our email address with a photo of the damaged item. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
